COVID-19: Helpful and informative links for actuaries and students

The outbreak of COVID-19 has had a significant impact on actuarial study so far this year, with exam postponements, rule changes, and social distancing practices changing the way students are preparing for exams. The SOA and CAS have made adjustments to exam schedules and rules to keep students and staff safe. There are also changes to help students continue to progress while the pandemic lasts.

Society of Actuaries (SOA) has set up a page to post updates on their response to COVID-19 and keep members and candidates updated of any changes to meetings, events and exams.

Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS) has posted a COVID-19 FAQ page that covers important aspects of their response.
